Do you allow dogs or cats?

Woof (yes)! Dogs up to 100lbs (certain breeds not allowed) and Cats allowed. Onetime fee of $350/dogs and $250/cats; monthly “pet rent” of $50/dog or $35/cat. Maximum of two (2) pets allowed regardless (dogs, cats or one of each)

What is included with my rent?

High-end finishes in our fully renovated apartments, water/trash/sewer, all of our convenient concierge services, rooftop deck, and always friendly and professional staff.

What is the application fee?

$50 per applicant non-refundable.  All lessees, co-signors, guarantors, and occupants must complete an application.

What is the security deposit?

Upon approval of all application criteria, we require $500 or up to one full month rent depending on credit qualification.

Is indoor bike parking available?

Yes, 1841 Columbia has a wonderful secure bike room in the basement!

What utilities are included?

1841 Columbia pays for your heat, water, trash, and sewer, unlike several other Adams Morgan Apartment communities!

American Regional Barbecue emphasizing fresh ingredients, curated sandwiches, specialty sides, and sauces influenced by soul food and different regions in the states, while taking inspiration from great grilling cultures from around the world, using different woods, rubs and cooking techniques. The menu will change based on seasonality and experimentation.

MENU is on website. Catering menu is also on the website and will be offered soon. Might be good to mention this, that we would be able to cater their events or parties in the near future.
